Cassie was such a stalwart, and very patient. She fed us MLS listings for over a year. She took us all over the greater Asheville area from Waynesville to Black Mtn, Weaverville to Saluda. In addition to all the other superlatives, she is personable , always available and a devoted wife and mother. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Ok, there are a bunch of reviews where people just put five stars and don't really explain why but I am here to say that Cassie is really an amazing real estate agent. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She was great at helping us find properties that fit us. We were driving 3 hours to the area so he was very on point about not wasting our time. And truth be told, once we had been through a couple of houses with her, we went with her recommendation and bought our new home unseen. Our trust was rewarded with exactly what we were looking for. Her communication is fantastic and her thoughtfulness beyond words. Do yourself a favor, hire her to help you find your next home. You can thank me later.

My husband and I had not bought a home in many years, and Cassie did an amazing job finding us a home in Waynesville. We had some challenges along the way, but Cassie went above and beyond in negotiations with the sellers. If you want someone who is going to be a strong voice for you (especially if you're buying from out of town like we were) then you must work with Cassie.

Mrs. Dardenne was truly a pleasure to work with during our amazing and exciting time of buying our first home. She was always available to answer our many questions and went above and beyond to guide us every step of the way. She always had a positive attitude and cheerful disposition.
