Cassie Day

Cassie has an extensive background in administration and am a very meticulous person. It is especially important to her that things are done quickly and efficiently, while also ensuring that the highest quality is maintained. Cassie worked in customer service for close to ten years. Cassie spent over six years working as a liaison between patients, doctors’ offices, and hospitals after hours and for other emergency calls, and quickly progressed to supervisor in that role. Cassie also spent three years as an Insurance Representative and loved working with people in helping them find policies that best fit them and kept them well protected.

From there, she began working as a Transaction Manager in her current real estate office and have run the behind-the-scenes organization, details, paperwork and has kept everything running smoothly for all our transactions from an administrative standpoint.

Cassie has so enjoyed being the transaction coordinator for Touchstone Real Estate office this past couple of years but is so excited to make the transition to a Real Estate Agent! Cassie has such a heart for helping people make their dreams become a reality and, with her experience in the process, she will do her best to ensure that every client she works with has the best experience possible.
