Meet Cassie, a passionate and accomplished professional with a lifelong love for design, fashion, and marketing. From her early years, Cassie’s destiny in the real estate industry seemed evident as she observed her parents running an interior design and decorating company, sparking her interest in architecture and construction.

Her childhood hobby of sketching on graph paper and designing homes paved the way for her future endeavors. Cassie pursued her passion at Mizzou, where she studied Textile and Apparel Management with a focus on Marketing, immersing herself in the rich history of the textile industry.

After gaining valuable experience in management roles at Ann Taylor and owning restaurants with her husband, Chris, life’s turning point came in 2009 with the birth of their son. Seeking a flexible career that would allow her to balance motherhood and utilize her skills, Cassie found her calling in the real estate industry.

What started as a part-time job quickly evolved into a full-fledged career. In 2013, Cassie established her real estate team, and by 2018, she and her husband proudly opened their brokerage. Their top-tier real estate company prioritizes delivering exceptional client experiences and offers customized coaching for each sales associate.

In 2023, they opened the only Century 21 office in St. Charles County, creating even more value for their clients and associates. As a Luxury certified agent through the Residential Real Estate Council and a registered mentor with the Council, Cassie continues to lead and mentor agents, shaping the next generation of real estate leaders.

Cassie’s brokerage is a true family business, with her children supporting and contributing to its success. The hope is that one day, they will carry on the legacy of serving the community.
