Excellent work and very accommodating on everything I wanted in a home. She quickly made lists of places to see that fit every criteria I had. After settling on a house she was persistent on making sure it got done and done right. She always had my interest in mind making sure the right people inspected and appraised the house. Always honest with helpful advice on topics about being a home owner. She is very professional but also cares about the buyer which makes the whole buying experience trouble free.

Cassie was professional and communicative throughout the home buying process. Being a first time home buyer it was very stressful situation for me, but she helped with keeping track of all the things required to finally find my forever home. She was really good at negotiating the price given the current market situation, and gave professional advice whenever she felt the deal was not good enough. She took the initiative in coordinating the home inspections and appraisals to keep everything running according to the estimated timeline helping me close within 2 months of making the initial offer. Overall experience was really great and I have already recommended her to friends who are in the market to buy a house.

Cassie is the absolute best. I was in Texas trying to buy my first house up here in Alaska. Always quick to respond to any of my thousand questions about every step of the way. She went out of her way with FaceTime walkthroughs of houses even with the 3 hour time difference. She made me feel comfortable and confident through the entire process of buying my first house. Even 4 years after the purchase (2017-2021) she still answers and helps me when I have questions!! Could not recommend Cassie more.
