Cassie Smith

Cassie was raised in Montana and admires the vibrancy of the Helena community. She has had an interest in real estate since she was young. Between attending dozens of open houses with her family and having parents who worked in banking and construction, the idea of working in real estate felt natural. Within her first year as an agent at Keller Williams, she achieved the title Rookie of The Year and the Bronze Production Award. Soon thereafter, she began seeking ways to strengthen her expertise and has earned designations as a Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Digital Marketing and Social Media certification.
Cassie is a goal-driven individual, and when you challenge her, she takes that head-on. She is incredibly helpful to her clients and responds promptly to their needs. Cassie is highly capable in her ability to communicate effectively and adapt to any situation she finds herself in while servicing her diverse clientele to make sure they find the most functional property for their lifestyle. One of Cassie's highest priorities when assisting clients is to ensure they never feel like they are settling on a house. She wants you to find the right property and never feel pressured to accept anything less than what works great for you. This is why she does her best to meet each client's specific needs, making everyone feel their expectations were exceeded. By the end of the transaction she hopes each buyer and/or seller feels like they didn’t just complete the sale, but that they found a trustworthy realtor, friend, and resource for life. After all, Montana is her home, and she wants everyone to feel welcomed and appreciated within our community.
Adjacent to her passion for real estate, Cassie has an interest in interior design, marketing, and maintaining a healthy and non-toxic lifestyle. She spends her downtime cooking, enjoying music and podcasts, and playing card games with her friends and family. When she is not in the office or out showing houses, you will find Cassie strength training at her favorite gym, hiking the Spokane Creek Hills with her dog Birdie, and participating in Helena’s community events. Cassie is very passionate about supporting our downtown businesses and experiencing all that our town has to offer.
