Catherine is a graduate of American International College and Johnson & Wales University, majoring in Marketing and Finance respectively. Originally from Rhode Island, she moved to Maryland in 2016 upon marrying her husband. She currently resides in Myersville in Frederick County. Since moving to the area, Catherine has fallen in love with her community and everything it has to offer. From playing polo in Charles Town, hiking and tubing in Harpers Ferry, exploring the museums in Washington DC, or dining in downtown Frederick. She is passionate about finding your dream home in beautiful Maryland.

My husband and I connected with Catherine randomly through realtor.com, and it was one of the best things to ever happen. Connecting with her was like the universe was smiling on us because she has been an absolute joy to work with. My husband and I are not new to the real estate game. When we starting working with Catherine, this was our fourth home purchase. Despite our past home buying experience, we have been so impressed with Catherine's professionalism, knowledge, proactiveness, patience, and genuine care. In all the other real estate transactions we've ever done, Catherine is hands down the best agent we've ever worked with. Buyers or sellers would be hard pressed to find anyone more dedicated or hardworking than her. We've worked with Catherine for close to a year in searching for the perfect home, and we just settled this week. In this market, we actually are extremely happy with the final outcome, and Catherine went to bat for us to get us what we wanted. At this point, I can truly say that our relationship with her has extended beyond a business transaction. We now consider her a dear friend.

I don't know where to start. Catherine loves what she does, she genuinely enjoys helping people find the right place to call home. She is upbeat, positive and friendly but could be a hard negotiator for me when she needed to be. She always made sure to fix any issues we would run into (apartment complex key/lockbox issues, inspection repairs, counters and comps etc,).
Catherine would always send me listings that were exact fits to my criteria and when I would request a showing for one she would find others nearby and book them to add options to compare. We worked together for 5 months and during that time I offered on 2 homes a co-op and finally the condo I ended up in. I walked away from all but one -meaning Catherine put me in a position to 'win the bid' for those places if I wanted to follow through. She did not lose patience with me as I chose to walk from those and changed my mind from buying a home in MD to getting a condo in DC. She was understanding and quickly got with the program and had my suggested listings page updated the day I told her I wanted to change my search. She guided me toward the best fit for me by keeping in mind my priorities (finding a place walking distance to groceries and a vet). She never made me feel rushed! And oh yeah she had foot surgery and still showed up smiling with a cast and scooter to my showings and final walk through.
Catherine is more than a realtor she is your home-buying champion and the partners she chooses to work with (title and lender) only reinforce her character as a hard-working, honest, genuine professional who takes pride in her work.
