About Catherine

Catherine Christiansen has been a Placer County resident for most of her life. She has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 40 years. Her specialty is helping people who are making big transitions in their life. Buying or selling a home is just part of that transition, but it is a very emotional part of the process. Some people are buying their first home, or selling their first home, or buying an investment property. Some are relocating to or from different states. Some might be downsizing, or upsizing. No matter what transition you might be making Catherine here to help make the home buying or selling process successful for them. Catherine loves to work with all types of people from first time home buyers to experienced homebuyers. She especially loves to collaborate with Veterans. As the wife of a retired Veteran, she has so much respect for their military members, and it has been her honor to have helped hundreds of veterans achieve homeownership.

Catherine grew up in the California foothills. After graduating from Colfax High School, she moved to Roseville and began her career in the Real Estate industry. She is married with three adult children, and four grandchildren. Catherine now lives in Lincoln and enjoys traveling with her husband and family. Her favorite destination is Hawaii, especially the Islands of Hawaii and Kauai. Catherine enjoys spending time going on adventures with her family and friends, running, hiking, spending a day on a Lake Tahoe beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, and other social activities. She has been involved in many Communities outreach events to support local charities and overseas missions.
