Cathy Gilchrist-Colmar is a licensed agent and Realtor with over 30 years of experience in all phases of real estate. With a background in construction, appraisal services and mortgage and title operations, she understands not only the market, but is also sensitive to the processes and issues involved with every aspect of selling and purchasing property. A love of riding horses brought Cathy to the Rancho Santa Fe area over 20 years ago. After becoming completely enamored with the area, she combined her love of horses and real estate. In the last ten years, she has participated in sales totaling over $235 million, and is currently representing over $48 million of property.
