Cathy Holbrook began her career in real estate in 2021 after retiring from a long career in higher education administration. She joined Coldwell Banker Realty in Easton in 2022, first working as part of the L&L Homes Team, and most recently as an independent realtor. As a realtor, Cathy serves sellers and buyers across southeastern MA in Plymouth, Bristol, and Norfolk counties, specializing in first-time homebuyers and the real estate needs of maturing adults.
She brings professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service from start to close using skills acquired over decades of service in public higher education. Her higher education career spanned 40 years in a variety of positions and executive leadership roles, where she gained expertise in facility and budget management; contract negotiation; active listening and advising; strategic planning; research and data-based decision-making; problem solving; and relationship-building.

Cathy has a B.S. in business administration; an M.Ed. in counseling; and PhD in educational leadership.
