If you are looking for a realtor who will work hard until they find you exactly what suits your family's needs, you need Catherine on your team.
She did an amazing job finding us a home in a very tough, low-inventory market. She was persistent, hardworking, resourceful, helpful in previewing, attentive to our needs/wants, and realistic in her advice and recommendations. We felt extremely confident in Catherine's ability to assess the value of homes (taking into account things we might overlook as new suburbanites) and what was a good fit for us.
