You might think rental is small deal, my realtor Catherine transformed my home into a beauty. From the beginning to take the pictures of the property, marketing the property, she provides valuable advise us in order to make the right decision of the tenant, until the tenants moved in. My father recently purchased a home and Catherine was our buyer’s agent. At the time, my father wasn’t considering buying a home immediately. I was thinking down the line but wanted to start seeing what was out there for when the right time came along Catherine was so patient and professional. She would research homes based on our interest and send me full details about all the listings. Once I got an idea of the market, we began to narrow down my search and ultimately find the right home for my father. After going to numerous showings, we found the dream home for my father.
