Our agent Cathie Jensen was a tremendous help to us throughout the process of buying a house. It was a difficult process but because of her knowledge and experience the process was bearable. She warned us in advance that getting a VA loan was more difficult than a conventional mortgage. She dealt with our lender, title company and much more. She gave us list of home insurance and home warranty companies to choose from and internet as well. Throughout this process and almost daily communication I started thinking of her than more than just a agent but a friend as well. She went beyond my expectations of what a real estate agent would do for us. I would rate her a ten in every category. If all of your agents are as good as she is you are a fortunate gentleman.
