In some cases, her clients, indeed, friends, experience rough transitions when buying and selling their homes. Kathleen listens and helps them achieve balance in their life. She could appreciate that the process of buying or selling homes required hard work, but she could not accept that it needed to be stressful. This ultimately inspires her every day to guide families through the process of "Real Estate."
