Andrea Mazariegos Google+ Review Being out of town buyers, we could only view homes in person on weekends. During our search, Cathy made herself available to us to view as many houses as we wanted during any given weekend that we were looking (in some cases this exceeded 10 homes!). She was always pleasant and knowledgeable on the areas we were searching and provided us with very helpful information. For the most part we provided her with lists of homes to view and Cathy pulled the MLS listings of the home, and on occasion would find a few more that she thought we might be interested in seeing. On a few occasions where we could not be in the area to look at houses, Cathy took the time out of her busy schedule to walk through the homes, send us pictures, and provided us with advise on whether or not we would like the home(s). For the homes we bid on, Cathy provided a list of people to use for the home inspections. She gave consideration to the cost of the home inspectors which saved us a quite a few dollars. When we closed on our home Cathy provided us with a whole home cleaning service free of charge. That was a huge gesture that showed us that she appreciated our business. We know that even now, after the sale, we can count on Cathy to provide us with information on our home and home services.
