Cathy Grubbs

After raising her three girls, Cathy decided to pursue her next greatest passion, real estate. Working in the service industry as a skating coach, preschool teacher, and pet sitter, she gained the trust of her students and clients and a reputation for the ultimate level of care.

Cathy continues to deliver exceptional service to her real estate customers as a buyer’s agent for The Hogan Group. Being organized, compassionate, honest, and attentive to people’s unique needs has helped her leaps and bounds in guiding them through the stressful purchase process.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Cathy moved to California at age 18 and has lived in Chester, Virginia for 20 years. She concentrates her business in the tri-city area but will go where her buyers want her to.

As a former National and World Roller Skating Champion, Cathy has great focus and discipline. She loves running, the beach, and spending time with her husband, daughters, and three dogs.
