We were first time home buyers and saw that she was rated as a specialist for such individuals. From the time we reached out, she was very responsive and willing to meet us at any home that was of interest to us. After a couple weeks, we finally decided that instead of buying a pre-owned house, we'd rather buy a new one and Cathy was a crucial element in making that happen. Her knowledge, resources, friendliness, and attitude to get things done were all key in the 9 months it took for us leading up to closure. Specifically, during our building process there was an issue that came up regarding our home structure and there was a huge loss for us on an element of our build. Cathy worked tirelessly to do what could be done in making the build right and in the end negotiated with our builder and sales office to ensure we were compensated for the miscommunication.
