Wow! Made selling a house such a breeze! I was living two hours away, and was very concerned about selling the house from out of state. Cathy was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Additionally, her husband helped out with some minor repairs. Taking more of the load off of me.

If you don't know Cathy, I would recommend you take a moment to sit down with her. She is an attentive and caring person. It appears to us her business is not only her livelihood but her passion. She made us feel as if we were her only clients, but more than that, she made us feel like family, which is exactly how we view her. When we could not sell our house years ago due to the state the economy was in, She helped us find great tenants to rent to. When the opportunity came along that gave us the encouragement to attempt to sell again, Cathy was the only person we wanted to contact. Moreover, we could not be in town for 90% of the process. Cathy kept us informed of everything behind the scenes and made the process worry free. If you do not use Cathy Henn with Genisis Realty, you are selling yourself short.

Cathy Henn, Genesis Realtors is without a doubt the best realtor around. My son was looking for his first home and Cathy worked with him like it was her own son. I always felt she had his best interest in mind, money, quality of home, area, even resale (if he would ever choose to). Cathy would always answer his questions with patience and never made him feel like he was wasting her time. Once she knew what he wanted, she would always have more then one house lined up or even “drive by to check the neighborhood”. She even assisted him in parts of the loan process that she didn’t have to do, explaining until he felt comfortable. I am so grateful to Cathy for all she did for my son. When it is time for us to sell, we won’t have to even think about using another realtor.... Cathy is family now....

Friendly and helpful. When I called inquiring on a property she took the time out of her day to help me with some basic questions knowing I had a realtor but she still helped and even went out of her way to recommend a couple properties within my range just to be helpful since the home I was interested in accepted a offer so I didn't get the pleasure of meeting her in person but if she did that for me I could only imagine how far she would go for her clients!

Going out of her way, when most realtors would take an off day on the weekend, she would show or schedule a showing. We began our house hunt in late 2018. At the time we began looking we didn’t have a chosen realtor to work with but had seen a property we liked that Cathy’s company had listed. I called asking to see the property and set a time to meet. Within the first few minutes of talking with Cathy while viewing the property I knew I didn’t want to work with any other realtor or company on this home buying journey! She was so knowledgeable about the market, she knew the areas, she helped us see things that we might have missed while looking at the house, she was so very kind and the most sincere person I have ever met. She answered my texts at 9-10 pm with a concern that I thought of at that moment or with the request to see a property again!! I also want to add that her team member Jenny was so wonderful to work with also! We went and saw some properties with her and at the conclusion of viewing the ones we had set up for the day (on a Sunday, might I add) she began looking for more we could view that day!!!
Of course as with most home buying experiences we didn’t find our dream home until July 2019. We had a few hiccups along the way with our former home selling but it ended up working out!! Cathy and her team stuck with us during this whole process and we are so very grateful and thankful for their expertise and kindness during the process! Not only are they our realtors for life but we now have the pleasure of calling them friends! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a realtor who values the person you are and wants to help you find your dream home!!!!
