About Cathy

Cathy began her residential real estate career as a new construction sales specialist in 1996. She has worked exclusively with some of the premier residential developers throughout the beautiful Farmington Valley. Her training and expertise in the home building process makes Cathy uniquely qualified to guide both buyers and sellers in making wise decisions during the real estate transaction.

Her business philosophy is based upon honesty, integrity, and the desire to provide outstanding customer service to every client. Her deep sense of commitment to advocate in her client's best interest has resulted in many successful transactions and countless referrals. Cathy is a Litchfield County native and currently lives in Burlington with her family. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wellesley College. In her spare time, Cathy is an avid runner and loves to travel. Some of her favorite destinations include Colorado where several members of her family live, Costa Rica and Miami.
