Cathy McGarrigan

Cathy is a graduate of Drexel University and a mother of three children and five grandchildren. She is highly involved in her community and is one of the founders of the Tantallon Community Players. Cathy continues to organize a yearly fundraiser for the group. She is also an active member of St. Columba Church.

Cathy specializes in waterfront properties, custom-built homes, and the Tantallon and Fort Washington areas. She is experienced in listing homes of any price range and approaches each one with the same level of professionalism and hard work. Cathy works in Virginia, Prince George, and Charles County.

She possesses extensive knowledge about qualifying, the best loan programs, and rates. Cathy also has experience in short sales and frequently works with seniors and estate sales. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, playing duplicate and party bridge, and gardening.
