I have known Cathy Melton for over 2 years now, beginning with when she helped me purchase my first home. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. I trust Cathy as I would family, and I am confident that she always has her client's best interests at heart in all circumstances. She works harder than most people I know, and she genuinely cares about everything she puts her mind to. An honest professional of her quality is very hard to find these days. I was fortunate to have Cathy's assistance a second time, when selling my home. As soon as circumstances required me to list my home, the first thing I did was contact Cathy. I couldn't possibly find another realtor as wonderful as Cathy, so using her services again was the only logical choice. She consistently exceeds all of my expectations. I feel I can trust her completely to take care of any needs surrounding buying or selling a home, especially when my time and schedule is limited. She ensures that all work on the home is done properly, and she does not back down when third party companies, such as landscaping, do not meet standards.
