Cathy is an outstanding realtor, but she is a better person! Cathy has now helped us to both buy and recently sell our home in Northern Virginia. Cathy is very professional! Cathy also worked very hard for us and spent a considerable amount of time holding open houses. Additionally, besides being very knowledgeable about real estate sales in the DMV, Cathy also has great connections in the industry. In fact, we used Cathy's recommendations for an agent and lender that helped us purchase our current home in Maryland. We think very highly of Cathy, and we would recommend her!

If you need motivation to move along with selling or buying your home, Cathy is your realtor! I was preparing my home for sale, very slowly, over many months, with no particular goal in mind. When I met Cathy, she set a very aggressive timeline but she explained her reasoning behind it. She recommended some minor updates to the house to make it move-in ready with no room for buyer hesitation. She communicated updates to us regularly and took time to explain each step. Selling a beloved home is somewhat stressful, but Cathy was such a great facilitator and advisor that the whole process was seamless, and her great judgment helped attract a surprising number of excellent offers. When the offers came, Cathy patiently and thoroughly explained the pros/cons of each. It's amazing it is done, and months earlier than I had anticipated. Thank you oodles, Cathy!

So many repairs were needed to get my mother's house ready for the market and she made it happen quickly, working closely with the contractor. It turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined! This is my second time working with Cathy. She is wonderful! Cathy is very responsive and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. This time around I worked with Cathy to sell and purchase a home. She has great connections. The photographer she hired to take listing photos did an amazing job. The photos were stunning! Cathy knows how to build a competitive offer. The home I recently purchased had 18 offers and they accepted my offer! My fiancé and I were referred to Cathy by Coldwell Banker’s Real Estate Advantage Program, and we could not be happier with her service and the result. We were looking to buy our first home from afar (Massachusetts to Maryland). Cathy expertly navigated us through the process, answering all our questions and helping us understand the crazy market we were walking into. When our ideal house just popped on the market with offers due in two days, she sprang into action. She helped organize a visit, coordinated with a family member who was there in our place, and spent the better part of the next day working with us on our offer. Cathy helped ensure our offer was competitive in a multiple-offer situation, and when we were asked for our best and final offer the next day she was with us again with advice and answers to our questions. Miraculously, our offer was accepted—making our time with Cathy relatively short, but with a great result. The best part about working with Cathy is her initiative and responsiveness. When the seller requested we go through a local lender, Cathy worked with them to get us a pre-approval letter for us within hours, even though it was already after the close of business. She kept us in the loop, even during the waiting game while our offer was being considered, and she also was unafraid to reach out for an update or for more information. I’m grateful our house hunt is over, but if I had to do it again I’d for sure want Cathy back on our side.
