Cathy is a very reliable and helpful realtor and friend. I can trust Cathy without any concern. This is my first house and I buy it when I'm not physically in that area. Cathy warmly helps me to do the virtual visits and negotiate with other parties involved in this process. Since I'm not there, Cathy has helped me to do many things that are beyond the responsibility of a realtor. When I ask for her suggestions, she can give me professional and warm advices, which makes me feel that she really wants to help me to get the house that I want. In addition, she is very patient and professional. One time, we contact her late and she still replied quick. In summary, I will ask for Cathy's help if I want to buy another house. Thank you, Cathy.

Cathy was wonderful to work with, she is very friendly and a true professional. We toured several different properties with her and she never tried to pressure sell us on any of them at all. She answered all of our questions and was quick to point out some things that we missed. When we did find the home that we wanted to purchase, we were able to walk through it several times before the closing. Her little dog Mike is absolutely adorable too. 👍🏻🐶🥰
