Hi, I'm Cathy. If you are relocating to the Savannah area, or just moving across town, I can help you find your dream home in the neighborhood that fits the needs of your family. Place is important, so I'm happy to help you upsize or downsize to the perfect location. How do I know what it's like? Our friends and family are island residents - Isle of Hope and Wilmington/Whitemarsh Island. We are former residents of Rincon and Guyton, so we have lived in most of the communities I serve.

My background includes project management and project tracking. This, along with my web and social media knowledge brings accomplished experience to listing properties. The days of putting a sign in the yard and dropping into the local MLS are over. I love marketing and have brought all of my years of experience into my real estate career. As a small business owner, my web design business branched out to writing and social media campaigns. I also have a background of in-house marketing for an architectural firm, a commercial real estate company, and a real estate developer.
