Cathy Wade Shepard

Cathy Wade Shepard has been with Sotheby’s International Realty since 2004 and has been a resident of Sonoma since 1974. Cathy has served one term as Director of the California Association of REALTORS and is a past President of the Sonoma Valley Chapter of REALTORS®, in addition to holding the title of Realtor of the Year in 2013. Cathy holds the designation of a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), the first one in Sonoma County, Certified Residential Brokerage Manager (CRB) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). She has also been a Notary Public for over 30 years and is a member of the National Notary Association.

Cathy has been active in numerous Sonoma community organizations. She is the past chairperson of the Sonoma Valley Citizens' Advisory Committee, the founding president of the Friends of the Sonoma Valley Library and a past president of the Sonoma High School Booster Club. Cathy has been “Turning Houses into Homes” starting from 1980. With her wealth of experience, she brings a unique blend of real estate savvy, community and local trade awareness to all of her transactions. Honesty, dedication and diligence have brought her repeat clients and client referrals which are the cornerstone of her success.
