Cathy Ward

Cathy has been in the real estate business for over 38 years either as a realtor or Associate Broker. During this time, she has seen the market change many times. The secret for staying in this business is to be able to adapt to those changes and remain positive. Being a real estate agent not only gives you satisfaction for doing a job well done but it also allows you to make new friends for life. Those friends become like family and will support you in any of your personal or business decisions. Cathy's decision to become a partner with Old Dominion Realty, was not a decision made entirely by her. In December 2010, 7 other agents started an adventure with Old Dominion Realty. She admired and trusted these agents and knew without them it would not be possible. Today, 8 years later, they have a total of 27 agents and 2 support staff members. Old Dominion Realty is an established, 55+year old firm that proves challenging work and persistence will reward you. They are proud to be a part of this firm. During the 38+ year span of Cathy's real estate career, she has become not only a Managing Broker, but also completed her CRS Designation. She has served as secretary for our local real estate board and a member of several committees. She also has served on the Board of Directors for GAAR. She has attended hundreds of betterment classes to stay on top of her real estate profession and attended several VAR conventions. Always ready to better myself and my education, she understands that knowledge is a key to a successful career in the real estate business. She has served on the board of directors for the Valley Mission, which she was so excited to be a part of. Giving back to your community is a wonderful way to meet others who share the same ideas that you have. She is very active in her Church and like to help with fund raisers and activities to invite others to participate.
