About Cathy

I am a multi-million dollar producer, with experience in both Commercial & Residential Real Estate. I am an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist. In December 2017, I achieved my Texas Real Estate Brokers License! Before becoming a licensed Realtor®, I worked for a Commercial Real Estate developer for 5 years as a Lease Administrator/Property Manager. During my tenure with the developer, I received my Texas Real Estate License. Prior to that, I worked 9 years for the Corporate Office of a large specialty retailer of imported home furnishings & decor as a Lease Accountant & Credit Manager. I also owned my own business for 13 years previous going to work in the corporate environment. So, I understand change. Change is a blessing because with it comes opportunity and personal growth. It’s my pleasure to help you through a home ownership change in your life.

In 2014, my daughter, Heather Pickens, achieved her Texas Real Estate license. And in January of 2015 we formed Pick-West Realty Group. Heather is the Team Leader. As indicated, I am a Broker Associate & Accredited Luxury Home Specialist.

PERSONALLY, ME:
I moved from Illinois to Texas as quickly as I could in 1983. I have enjoyed living in Burleson, Texas ever since! My husband, Terry & I have grown children and 3 beautiful grand-children. We attend Pathway Church in Burleson. We enjoy sharing time with family and friends. I'm not great at it, but I do like to golf!

What a pleasant experience work with Cathy West-Realtor. In fact, we had such a great first interaction we decided to keep her as our permanent realtor throughout our time living in the Fort Worth area. She is thorough and attentive. Her response time is impeccable. We have never been more pleased with a business. So much to the fact that my family and I used her nine times with buying and selling real estate!
