About Caty

Caty Starr has been an agent at Jack Conway since 2014. During this time, she has worked with sellers and buyers in over 130 of their selling and purchasing transactions.

Starr is a Plymouth resident currently and lifelong South Shore resident. Her husband and she both grew up in Plymouth and she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Bentley College in Waltham. Before entering the real estate field, she had worked as a franchising specialist and contract administrator for Dunkin' Brands in Canton for seven years.
She also has experience as a real estate paralegal in the law offices of Daniel W. Murray in Sudbury and Wellesley, and as a property manager and marketing specialist for apartment communities in Norwood, Beverly, and Marlborough.

She has had the opportunity to be a home buyer three times and she intimately understands the buying process, which can involve a rollercoaster of emotions. Viewing multiple houses, submitting offers, and going through mortgage and closing procedures can be stressful. You need a professional at your side who is not only your Realtor, but also a trusted advisor, problem-solver and friend.

As a seller's agent, her job is to help you prepare your home for listing by learning about all the details that make it special, advertise your home using a thorough marketing strategy, and present all the wonderful features of your home to buyers. She also often uses her experience in the law office to troubleshoot problems before they arise. Having sold two homes of her own, she completely understands the stress involved and can help guide you through it.
