Cecilia is a fantastic realtor! I am a mortgage lender and I was in touch with some clients moving to NM from CA, and they chose her as her realtor to help them purchase a new construction home. I had never worked with her before and was very pleased with how everything went - team work makes the dream work! We communicated often, she was very responsive, and she did a great job juggling the title company + the builder (who was new to building in NM). After closing, we have been in touch with the buyers and they have become friends with Cecilia. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy in southern NM!

I've known Cecilia Ramos now for 20 plus years she helping with some commercial property back that's about 15 years ago and I am getting ready to look for some property out towards Radium Springs . The reason I'm here today is to refer one of my best friends who just sold his home in LA for some good la money but she goes about three zillion dollars here in Las Cruces LOL and wouldn't refer him to anyone else Cecilia is very knowledgeable in both commercial and high-end properties just patient but tenacious knowledgeable but surprisingly resilient like baby Yoda May the Sales force be with you. Sorry I had to toss in that Star wars reference. And yes she puts up with crazy people like me most of all she I realization because it's more of a friend and then a real estate agent and today's market you need someone you can trust and I trust the city that's all my needs and commercial property and residential properties.
