Relocation is my specialty. Having lived in many places, I know first hand the complexities of corporate relocation. My objective is to help my clients live their dream of home ownership together with top customer service delivered with energy, enthusiasm, and a smile! When engaged with clients, It is fun to show them the town, eat well, laugh, and have fun while finding them a home they love. Having lived in many locations: (Norfolk/Virginia Beach is home, Richmond, Shenandoah Valley, & Arlington, VA.; also San Francisco, Berkeley, Sausalito, and Columbia, MO), Sioux Falls has been my home for over 30 years.

My Business Degree from Augustana University acquired later in life, gives me an organized understanding of how best to assist my clients in making an important financial decision.

I have also earned my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designations to best help all clients understand the processes of buying and selling homes. In my spare time.

For fun and recreation, I love to ride my horse in Custer State Park and other great trails, camp, garden, walk with my dog and read. Sioux Falls is a booming town with a robust economy! We are located in the Southeast corner of the state and are a regional medical and retail center, drawing from Western South Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, and Iowa. Downtown Sioux Falls is bustling with activity. It is one of the best in the country. On a summer night, you will find live music everywhere. Sioux Falls is known for its arts and entertainment at the Denny Sanford Premier Center as well as the Washington Pavillion.
