We are so glad that we have found Celine as our agent for purchasing our first house. After communication of our all kinds of requirements and budget, Celine did her research and provided us a review of the market. She provided her first hand info of the market to us every week, with her professional reviews about the houses on the market, so that we saved a lot of time in searching. The most remarkable part we liked working with Celine is she is very good at estimating the closing price. She has successfully made accurate estimations for the houses we were interested or tried to make an offer to. Long story short, my fiance finally found our dream house, but it had just went off market, for some reason. Celine contacted the sellers and after several rounds of negotiation, we got it at a price lower that expected! Thanks to Celine, for making our first house purchasing process so smooth and such a pleasure!

1) she is knowledgeable & communicative - staying up-to-date on the latest topics in real estate / the local market; based on her expertise, she is willing to share any thoughts regarding the open house along the way;
2) she is hustle & tenacity - putting in the right amount of time before, during, and even after closing our deal; negotiating with the seller agent of our interested homes with her professional strategies;
3) she is attentive to our unique needs and to our budget too (really appreciate it :) )
