Cerita has a heart for service. She is an experienced Realtor® with an extensive professional background in problem solving and supporting clients in transitional periods of their life. She is known for understanding the needs of First Time Home Buyers, Military Families and Seniors. Cerita is passionate about taking the time to care for and on educating her clients on the real estate process. Whether buying or selling, she has extensive knowledge to lead her clients to the best outcome.
She began her career in real estate in 2013 and since then Cerita has proven herself as a great leader. She is on the Board of Directors for the (GLAR) Greater Lewisville Association of Realtors, and a Texas Realtors Director. She has received designations from NAR as an Accredited Buyer Representative®, Military Relocation Professional®, Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, Seller Representative Specialist®, Short Sales and Foreclosures®, and Commitment to Excellence®. She also has received certifications as a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist, Texas Realtor Leadership Program, New Home Sales Agent Certification, and Certified Home Marketing Specialist. She has received numerous awards from RE/MAX from her overall service/production.
Cerita values her faith and family. She and her husband love spending time with their four beautiful grandchildren. They also enjoy leading in their local church.
