Mr. Guevara was an absolute pleasure to work with! I have dealt with various real estate agents so I feel confident in saying that he is a very competent real estate agent and just overall very good at job. The apartment I originally wanted was already leased. Not only did he help me find a better apartment but also saved us hundreds of dollars by showing an apartment very similar to the one I originally wanted, for a reduced price. For that, thank you Mr. Guevara. I certainly would recommend Cesar to anyone looking for a good rental. P.S- he is very personable and very knowledge on NY area, subways, restaurants etc.

Cesar is great and very professional. He was prompt with his emails and replies. Even after I signed for an apt, I had some logistical issues with the management company and reached out to Cesar for help. He immediately reached out to the landlord and had the issues fixed. We had Cesar Guevara from QM Realty to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers the first week the house went on the market thanks to his increduble work!.
