Cessna is a cut above the rest. I have worked with several real estate agents over the years. She is the most recent and the only one I will ever use again. She thoroughly vets the homes you are scheduling to see so you don’t waste your time. She asked me what were the deal breakers so we looked at house that actually had potential. For instance, when she was searching for a home for my family, she noticed one of the listing was reverse living. Instead of just scheduling, she called and asked if that worked for us. It doesn’t work for us so it was off the list. She is very knowledgeable about the area and made sure we were paying a reasonable price for the neighborhood and the market. She also educated us on possible pitfalls of houses in the area. Her assistance is invaluable and I recommend her to everyone looking for a new home.

Cessna was amazing! She helped me sell my home seamlessly at a great price. She helped with staging the home and he pictures came out amazing. When I was ready to purchase a new home, Cessna was right there every step of the way. I described what I was looking for and the 1st house I saw I put an offer in. This home is perfect and I’ve been here for almost a year. I will refer anyone looking to sell or buy a home to her.

Cessna Statt has been my go to realtor since 1998 when I purchased my 1st home. She has assisted me, my family and numerous referrals since. She just recently helped with the sale of my uncles estate. What makes Cessna stand out above most is her knowledge of pricing your home right so it gets the exposure needed to sell.
When purchasing my 1st and 2nd home from her she always made the time that was best for me to go out and show me everything that met my criteria. She was readily available and flexible with her schedule!

Cessna was great from the minute we met her she listened to the things we wanted in our new home. She was extremely helpful throughout the buying process. In this market, with all the ups and downs she always had her phone on and was able to handle any and all of the situations presented to us in this volatile and sometimes upsetting housing market. I would Highly recommend Cessna as a realtor to anyone looking for someone to steer them in the right direction for their new home purchase.

Working with Cessna certainly made it very easy in the complicated world of real estate. I have been fortunate to work with her not only with the purchase of a home but with selling a home as well.

On the purchase side she helped through the process and made things work seamlessly.

On the selling side not only was she able to market the house well and get over the asking price but she was there through the whole process.
