Chad was selected as the Realtor Of The Year by the Butler Warren Association Of REALTRS (BWAOR) in 2017, is on the board of directors for the BWAOR, is a member of Ohio Association of REALTORS (OAR), and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) in addition to the Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service (MLS). In his off time you’ll find Chad enjoying a leisurely round of golf at one of the areas pristine country clubs or you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors while hiking.
Chad feels that being a REALTOR is about more than joining professional associations, he believes REALTORS should be involved in the communities where they work as well. Chad has served his community in many capacities from being an active Rotarian to collecting items for the local food pantry to contributing to local high school athletic scholarship fund raisers. He and EXIT Realty also support Habitat for Humanity and to date they have donated over $4 Million to the charity and built more than 19 Habitat Homes. Chad prides himself on accountability, attention to detail, and personal service allowing him to build lifelong relationships with his clients.
