Chad Cole

Residing in Playa del Rey with his wife, Chad Cole is very active in the local community as a member the LAX Costal Chamber of Commerce. As a graduate of U.C. Berkeley and 15-year veteran of the film and television industry, he has successfully managed multimillion dollar films and projects throughout the years. Chad joined RE/MAX Estate Properties as a former 2013 Coldwell Banker-"Rookie of the Year". He is also a strong advocate and fundraiser for the fight against Alzheimer’s. Having spent nearly his whole life around the real estate business, he is hard-working and dedicated, with a “big picture” focus and detail-oriented work ethic that enable him to confidently navigate what is often a complex process. Chad believes that keeping a buyer or seller educated and informed throughout a transaction is paramount when dealing with clients. You can count on him to do everything in his power to let you rest easy at night, as Chad has the ability to deal with problems or issues in a manner that produces results and simultaneously maintains professionalism and confidentiality.
