Chad started his passion for real estate in Washington, DC. He grew up a short drive from the district in Springfield, VA and went to school nearby at James Madison University (JMU). In 2005, the pull of the city was strong, Chad and his wife sold their condominium in Shirlington, VA and bought their first mixed use property on H St. NE in Washington, DC. Chad has been pursuing his love of real estate ever since. The experience gained from renovation projects and his interest in the history of buildings, stoked his desire to do even more in real estate. Becoming a licensed real estate agent enabled Chad to leverage his skills and interests to help people in their journey to buy real estate.
Before becoming a real estate professional, Chad enjoyed a career as a Forensic Scientist. Upon graduation from JMU Chad chose a career as a DNA analyst. First in a paternity laboratory in McLean, VA and then at the Armed Forces DNA Identification Laboratory in Rockville, MD. Having accomplished much in the forensic field from lectures to identifications of missing military personnel to putting the bad guys away, Chad decided to turn his forensic analytical skills and attention to detail to the real estate market.
