Chad Fahlbusch

Born and raised in the South Bay area of Palos Verdes, Chad is a full-time realtor who was awarded Top Producing Realtor in the South Bay the last nineteen consecutive years. In those 19 years, he has been recognized in the top 1% Nationally and sold over $800 million in residential real estate. His success can be attributed to his foundational belief: personal service. Chad specializes in helping clients from Manhattan Beach to Palos Verdes devise the best strategies for buying and selling single family homes, condominiums, townhomes, and income properties alongside delivering the highest level of customer service in the South Bay real estate market. Some of Chad's clients have included Fortune 500 CEOs/ Management, Finance and Private Equity Executives, Technology, Entertainment, professional athletes, and Hollywood professionals. After growing up in Palos Verdes and venturing to the University of Colorado at Boulder where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications, he returned to the South Bay to marry his wife Aimee Fahlbusch, who was born and raised in Kauai, Hawaii. Chad and Aimee are the proud parents of two boys, Thatcher, and Blake. Chad and Aimee are extremely active in the community and are avid participants in the Manhattan Beach Ed Foundation/PTA sponsorship. Chad proudly sponsors Mira Costa High School sports, Hermosa Beach Little League, local club volleyball teams, and donates to the Manhattan Beach Education Foundation. Chad's business background started at an exceedingly early age after being raised in a family sports television business. His father owned VTE Mobile Television Productions which provided all the live television production equipment, trucks, and crews for over one thousand live sporting events annually. After graduating college, he was involved in producing 3 years of Major League Baseball telecasts and managed major accounts with ESPN, ABC, and FOX sports. In July of 1998, the family business sold and that was when the real estate bug finally hit Chad.
