Chad Grimes

Grimes Built Construction is owned by Chad Grimes. Chad has a winning history and an unmatched reputation in the building and real estate industry. Chad started his career in 1997 specializing in marketing new construction homes and grew a passion for it. Hard work and dedication have won Chad awards from the top 1% of all agents nationwide to the Rising Star Award from Floyd Wickman sales academy out of the entire graduating class. He has served as President of the Greenville/Pitt Association of REALTORS, and on the State Board of Directors and National Board of Directors. Chad learned at an early age growing up on a farm that hard work and doing things the right way are key to success.

When Chad decided to enter the building arena he brought the experience of over 100 million dollars in homes sold. He has constantly made extensive notes of the things buyers like and has a keen ear for listening to the market and new trends. Chad has been extremely blessed to have a construction “wizard” as one of his best friends. Chad believes in mentors and was mentored by a respected builder with over 1000 homes built.
