Chad helped me sell my Detroit home back in 2011 and my home in Saint Clair Shores in 2019. Chad and his team are very impressive. The reason I hired Chad in 2019 was I remembered what a great job he did and how well things worked out back in 2011. Even though my house had gone into foreclosure Chad was able to help me through the process and things worked out way better than I expected they would. Selling/buying a home is very stressful and you really need someone that you can trust. Chad and his team are hard working, knowledgeable and honest. I trusted Chad and I am glad I did. I was able to focus on things I needed to do like find another place to live, pack up and prepare to move while Chad and his team went to work and sold my home. Not only did it sell fast, it sold for the right amount. I would highly recommend Chad and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell.
