Chad was born at Madigan Army Hospital on Fort Lewis, graduated from Curtis High School in University Place, and earned his degree in Law and Society from the University of Washington in Seattle. He has spent 47 years living and working in Western Washington. During that time, he has lived in University Place, Seattle, Mill Creek, Marysville, Snohomish, Mercer Island, Bellevue, and Olympia to name a few places. As a result, he has gained a vast knowledge about the areas where you work, live, and raise your family. Over the last 18 years, he has owned three real estate brokerages and personally helped over 1,000+ clients successfully achieve their real estate dreams.

Alexa was a pleasure to work with. She was friendly and knowledgeable, knew how to find the answers to our questions quickly. Alexa quickly pulled together our paperwork on the offer, patiently walking us through the closing. She will be our go to should we ever have an interest in making another move.

I recently purchased a property with Lauren as my buyer's agent and it was a wonderful, seamless process - and she handled it all for me while I was fully remote out of state!

Shortly after we met (virtually) I found a place that had just landed on the market and I really wanted to jump on it. The market for affordable condos was pretty hot in this area and they were disappearing -fast-. Lauren rushed out there right away to grab some videos and check the place out for me, and within hours we were ready to make an offer on a property that was already generating lots of interest.

Thanks to her quick work we were able to nab it, and throughout the process she continued to provide additional support and answered my many, many questions while also making me feel confident and informed while I continued to be remote for the whole process.

I definitely would recommend Lauren and Elite Properties for any real estate needs in this area, and would absolutely use them again.

The help I received here was just perfect, love my house.
UPDATE:. The purchase of the house fell through, plus I did not get the follow thru that I needed. Had offer on third house accepted, however, agent did not get agreement between her and park owner in writing so I lost that home at the last minute. Fourth house: my offer accepted, park manager approved, inspection - a virtual catastrophe - agent did not get inspection period extended (further in-depth inspections required) or the closing date extended as I requested so I lost my earnest money. Had to recisend my offer due to repairs required estimated at higher than my initial offer. Now I can't seem to get a return call from my agent, Alexa Franks, or the branch owner, Chad Link(?). It feels as if my agent doesn't consider me a priority because for what I can afford she won't be getting a large enough commission. Also, she only made one appointment that we had on time.
