Jonathan was invaluable in handling a long distance sale and went above and beyond in giving me a video preview of the land and communicating thoroughly at each stage of the process with which I was not very familiar. He had a great combination of pleasant attitude and candor combined with professionalism. I’m hoping to do more business with him in the future and would not bother to shop for other realtors.

I worked with Lauren who was super responsive and massively helpful throughout the process. As a newbie, I had mountains of questions (some of which I asked multiple times), which were all patiently handled by Lauren. She even helped me walk through some of the properties virtually before deciding on the one. Of particular note is a request I had made to search for a different inspector when the first one quoted a very high price for a tiny condo, and Lauren painlessly handled that too. Incredibly available over text, and email even when I was not expecting immediate responses. All in all, a very positive experience which I would recommend to everyone else in the area!

I recently purchased a property with Lauren as my buyer's agent and it was a wonderful, seamless process - and she handled it all for me while I was fully remote out of state!

Shortly after we met (virtually) I found a place that had just landed on the market and I really wanted to jump on it. The market for affordable condos was pretty hot in this area and they were disappearing -fast-. Lauren rushed out there right away to grab some videos and check the place out for me, and within hours we were ready to make an offer on a property that was already generating lots of interest.

Thanks to her quick work we were able to nab it, and throughout the process she continued to provide additional support and answered my many, many questions while also making me feel confident and informed while I continued to be remote for the whole process.

I definitely would recommend Lauren and Elite Properties for any real estate needs in this area, and would absolutely use them again.

Recently purchased a property . With Johnathan as our agent, everything went smoothly and transactions went fast to process and being closed by escrow. He even texted /worked during unholy hours … funny maybe , this guy never slept 😂, it’s what we called “dedication to work!” .
It was a pleasure to do business with him. He is professional and willing to go above and beyond . I really appreciated all the things he had done for us from start to finish. Keep up the good work! God bless .

What can I say about our realtor Johnathan Jones? He’s amazing!!! He was on the ball about houses being available to see, was great at planning tours. He dealt with ALL my hopes and demands and found the perfect property. Everything was so smooth and an actual enjoyable process. I will send all my people to him and if I ever need him again, he will be my first call. If you are looking for a house, call him!! If you are wanting to sell, call him!!

Chad is awesome! I would recommend that you go with him and his agency above any one else in the area. He and his team went above and beyond to help our family find the perfect home. We saw so many houses and had to make quite a few offers due to the current housing market and Chad was always on top of it every step of the way! He was completely honest with us and took the time to really help us find the right home for our family. My wife and I recently sold our house through Matt Wilson after working with him on the purchase of that house in 2016. After working with him the first time around, we did not consider any other agents due to his professionalism and diligence. Quite a few traits stood out during our transaction. We had a purchase pending three days into listing (multiple offers) and the offer we took backed out after deciding they wanted a rambler; Matt had a swift and sensible reaction as to how we could move forward and maximize value with the other offer (or potentially re-list). We ended up getting a great offer the same evening the first offer was pulled. Also, the purchasing agent was not the easiest to work with, and we were constantly impressed by Matt’s ability to both push back and work with her to alleviate any issues. Matt epitomizes what we look for in any service involving a large transaction: competence, confidence, and empathetic to clients. A fantastic agent, but we also now consider Matt a great friend!

My family recently moved to Washington from the midwest and our experience with Wendy Davis could not have been more fantastic! She was absolutely incredible! Due to the long distance we were unable to come to see our home in person before we purchased. This would not have been possible without our incredible realtor. Wendy was exceptional in getting video tours of any home we requested. She was willing to be present for inspection and contractor visits. If there was something we needed more information on she got it right away! She also offered us honest feedback, which was truly appreciated. Wendy was an incredible advocate for us!. We found the home of our dreams and owe it all to Wendy with Elite properties!

We were working with Kimberly Brown and Matt Wilson. Kimberly was so helpful getting us into properties to see, doing extra footwork to preview houses and tell us if they would work for us. They were both VERY patient with us and showed us any property we asked to see. We were never pressured to put in an offer on any property we didn't like 100%. We purchased a property that took 4 months to complete. They both had a way of making me feel like I was their only client - even though I know that is far from the truth. They were always reaching out and checking in on us during those 4 months just to see how things were going. They were available and present on all the inspections and walk-throughs. On closing day - THE DAY BEFORE THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY - I was a wreck. I knew if we didn't get the keys that day we would not get the keys until possibly the 26th of December. And remember - this is December 22th, 2017 - the Friday right before Christmas - most people have checked out for the weekend. All day Matt kept after the title company to see if the county had recorded. And finally we got the keys that evening.
In summary, in every aspect of the home buying process I felt very confident in them. I was never pressured. They were always available and when I say present - I mean they were there with us un-distracted, no phones or anything else going on, and always checking out the property right along with us. I have recommended them to my family and friends and I would use them again.
