Chad Pagni

They are Chad and Yo Pagni, and they are the broker/owners of Pagni Real Estate. They began our real estate careers in 2002 and founded Pagni Real Estate in 2010. By owning and operating our own brokerage, they have the freedom and flexibility to better serve our clients.

They work with clients throughout San Diego and specialize in North County real estate. They grew up in San Diego, and are exceptionally knowledgeable about San Diego County and its individual communities. They both attended San Diego State University where we met in 1995. They have two wonderful sons, and live in beautiful La Costa Valley in Carlsbad, CA.
