02/21/2015 - clg round Bought a home in 2014 in Lake Hubert, MN 56468. We moved from the East Coast in 2014 to the Brainerd Lakes area specifically to live on and enjoy MN lake living and fishing. After discussions with several Realtors in the area in 2013 and not terribly excited about any of them we were guided to Chad by some friends. We knew after Chad showed us the first property that he would definitely be our buyer's agent. During the seven months we worked with Chad, we working to sell our home in the East and Chad working MN looking for lakefront properties to fit our requests, Chad called us regularly to give us updates on MN properties and see how we were doing with our own sale. It all came together in early 2014 with a lakefront property on the lake we wanted. Almost simultaneously we had a buyer for our home and a purchase agreement was placed for the MN property. The purchase price was at the high end of our range, but Chad's negotiating skills resulted in getting the property at our best offer. Once our offer was accepted, Chad's team went into high gear and took on the burden of paperwork getting the deal to the closing with minimal effort on our part. The five stars are well deserved in all categories.

11/17/2014 - Bought a home in 2013 in Lake Hubert, MN 56468. I worked with one of Chad's associates, Amanda Reichenbach. She is great! I own several homes in different states and Amanda is the best realtor I've worked with. We are very particular and looked at a lot of properties before we found the right one. She was extremely patient and made us feel like she was as determined as we were to find the perfect place. Negotiations with the seller became strained at one point but she helped us work through it and come to an agreement. With only a few weeks before closing, I had a problem with the financing through my own bank. Amanda referred me to a great local mortgage lender that took over the process with less than a month before our scheduled closing. We were in Europe for almost two weeks right before the closing date but Amanda kept me updated throughout and kept everything on track and we were able to close on time. Amanda is a real professional. She is an expert on the real estate market in the Brainerd area; is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. I would recommend her to anyone!
