Chad Shultz, Realtor®, SRS, ABR®, PHP, CPRES, C2EX, AS, CAS, moved to Daytona Beach area in 2013 to enjoy the sunshine and beach lifestyle with his family. A retired police officer and retired firefighter from Arizona, he has always dedicated part of his life to helping others. He is a business owner in a successful property remodeling business, in Florida. Being a local Realtor, he helps people find their dream home, forever home, or vacation home and also knows how to help sellers get their property successfully sold. Personal service is the key to his success through life and attention to detail is something he is well known for. He is a designated SRS® - Seller Representative Specialist, ABR® - Accredited Buyer's Representative, PHP- Professional Housing Provider, CPRES - Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist and C2EX® - Commitment to Excellence (NAR Endorsed). Chad is a member of the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors, the Florida and National Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Free & Accepted Masons (Freemasons), a benevolent organization, known to be the oldest fraternity in the world. In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with family, cruises to tropical destinations, working on his current property project(s) and he holds a pilot's license.
