Chad Tyler

Chad Tyler graduated from the University of Maryland in 1986 with an Undergraduate Degree in Finance. He also earned his MBA Degree from the American University in 1994 with an emphasis on Real Estate and Urban Development and has extensive continuing education in real estate investment analysis, lease negotiations, marketing and appraising. Chad is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia.
As President of Tyler Donegan, Chad has been completely involved in all of the company’s business activities to include commercial leasing and sales, property management, construction management and development. Due to the diverse range of experience, Chad is extremely familiar with tenant improvement and base building costs, lease negotiations and financial analysis on leases and investment properties. In addition to representing landlords and sellers on an exclusive basis, Tyler Donegan also does an extensive amount of tenant and buyer representation.
Chad has personally overseen the development of several new commercial and residential projects since 1992. These projects ranged from a 25,150 sq. ft. retail and professional office building to a 40,000 sq. ft. research and development building to the construction of new homes in Linganore.
