Chanan Dozier

Chanan Dozier is a premier real estate agent, speaker, mentor, founder of Signature Realty Services, and entrepreneur. Chanan has an impressive record in the real estate business, having grossed $40 million in sales. She recently expanded her offerings to include products and services that will help first-time homebuyers, sellers and investors to successfully navigate the housing market and close deals with ease. Her business is built on tenacity, integrity and customer service.

Her journey as an entrepreneur started at the age of eight when she started her very own jewelry making business. She went on to receive several state level entrepreneurial awards at the age of 16, as well as scholarships when she graduated from high school. Previously, Chanan has held corporate positions with Fortune 500 companies –The Boeing Company and Citibank Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley Wealth Management) – as well as served as the Executive Director for a not-for-profit organization and Campaign Manager/Community Outreach Director for one of Illinois’ State Senators. In addition, Chanan was the co-owner of a restaurant franchise turned catering company and the co-founder and Principal of a Christian elementary school in South Holland, Illinois. She also spent a brief time in the network marketing business, where she and her husband achieved noteworthy rankings.

Through her various endeavors, Chanan seeks to leave a legacy of kingdom wealth, teaching others that God is the key to success in the marketplace. Chanan has been married to the love of her life for 15 years and has three, beautiful daughters that she calls, “the crew” – Chayil, Eliana, and Alyssa.
