Chandler was born in New Orleans and grew up in the Southeast. He attended Brevard College in the mountains of North Carolina and later finished his studies at UNC- Charlotte where he majored in Land Use Planning. The Land Use Planning career would have to be put on hold while he and his wife opened a restaurant in downtown Charlotte. During the few breaks he had from the restaurant business, he would always spend time in the Outer Banks, fishing and relaxing. After 15 years, they sold the restaurant and decided to call the Outer Banks home. Since 2000, Chandler has been a top producer helping clients with their investment decisions. He takes great pride in staying ahead of the pack with new and inventive ways to bring buyer and seller together, yet still values old school customer service. Real Estate marketing and consultation are a labor of love! One specialty is photography; a crucial element of successful Real Estate Sales. When he is not having fun with clients you can usually find him boating, fishing, snapping photos or just spending time with his family in Southern Shores. By the way, that tricky W in his last name is silent.
