CHANDRA REYNOLDS

Chandra is the "big sister", (literally and figuratively). She began her real estate journey well before she was licensed. When she was a little girl she would sit at her Grandpa's dining room table and read listings in the paper. She was intrigued by the real estate market. The way that prices fluctuated, the way that values were determined, and how people could buy and sell for investment purposes. She was hooked. Her husband and she bought their first home at 22 because they recognized that they could pay their own mortgage, instead of renting, and paying someone else's. She was licensed in 2012, and has been running hard after her dreams, and those of her clients ever since. As her family grew, so did her client base. Her husband and she became foster parents, and their family grew from a family of 5 to 7 almost immediately. She recognized the need for balance in her life, and recruited her bright and talented little sister, Chantelle to become her teammate. It was a low pressure phone call when she told her she had branded their team "the HomeSmart Sisters", created an email address, and just needed her to switch careers and get licensed to make it official. No pressure, right? The rest is history.
