A lifelong resident of the Bay Area, Channing Azzolino has lived in Danville, California, for more than 25 years. She’s always been drawn to real estate because she grew up with it. Her mother was a broker and would often take Channing along to look at houses. She recalls, “The excitement of not knowing what was behind the door every time kept me wanting more!”
Even after graduating from UCLA and pursuing a career in health care, Channing’s entrepreneurial energy brought her back to real estate. Evidently, real estate has always been her passion and in her DNA. In her spare time, Channing likes working out, hiking, golfing, playing pickleball, and coaching her kids’ soccer team. Time at home is precious, and she loves being in her own kitchen cooking dinner for her family
