Channing Gardner

Channing is a consistent top producer with Rosemary Beach Realty® and the greater 30A market. He has helped buyers and sellers close on over $150 Million in Rosemary Beach since 2014.
He has over 20 years of business management and contract negotiation and a Bachelor of Science degree in Investment Finance from the University of Alabama. He moved to 30A in 2007 building investment properties, which provides him with extensive experience in vacant land development and resell of redevelopment of existing properties in the 30A market.
Channing and his wife Carly have a new baby girl named Lola Zee. As supporters of the 30A community, they firmly believe that Scenic 30A and Rosemary Beach offer one of the best combinations of residential beach lifestyle, eco-tourism, and local entertainment available on earth.
