Even though I was searching for a suitable house to rent, Chantal treated me as if I was buying a house. She devoted a lot of time to understanding the reasons for my specific requirementd and then helped me find that perfect place in which I could feel at home. Chantal took my calls and responded to my texts at all hours of the day and on weekends, too. She loves her work because she sees what she does professionally as a form of service and support to those who come to her for assistance. Chantal genuinely wants to help people and she is in an industry where her natural inclination to serve has interesected with her passion for real estate. Im happy and relaxed in my new place. Chantal was amazing to work with. She’s professional , honest and so patient! My husband was very hard to work with he just knows what he likes but of course wants to stay on budget. It’s so hard to find a nice rental in Alexandria. Chantal helped us negotiate for a property that already had multiple offers. We are so excited to move in. Thank you Chantal for all your help! If we decide to buy eventually we will definitely be contacting you.
